The book will be inside the temple with a boss guarding it, a Corrupted Rogue called Sarina the Battlemaid. You can also find another temple in this area called the Disused Fane, once you click the stairs the name of the temple will show up and you'll know if you're in the right place.
Don't pay the slightest attention to that, since the temple with the book is always the Ruined Temple in the Kurast Bazaar. To get to the Ruined Temple, the game indicates that you must search across the Kurast Bazaar, Upper Kurast and The Kurast Causeway areas. While this is an optional quest, it is highly recommended to do it, since it will award you with five stat points, an always welcome gift.
